About the Artist

My Artist Statement & CV
A Little About June
My paintings celebrate the beauty of light, one of life’s most constant joys. There is no deep or subliminal meaning in my work. My aim is simple: to celebrate the delight I feel in my subjects and to share that joy with you through my paintings. I hope you experience this same delight as you view my work.
Based in Latrobe, I am a professional artist working from my Studio Gallery. My passion for art has driven me to pursue various opportunities throughout my career. I work in oils, watercolors, and mixed media, but since 2011, I have focused primarily on pastel painting.
